Florida CFO: Auditing the “green” isn’t just a blue issue

Now you can read the facts.

We’re encouraged to hear that CFO Blaise Ingoglia doesn’t believe in party affiliation when it comes to DOGE-ing a city.

Red or Blue — it doesn’t matter. Waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer dollars are nonpartisan problems — and it’s refreshing to hear a state leader say it out loud.

Ingoglia also reminded everyone that giving public money to nonprofits for “humanitarian purposes” might sound noble — until you DOGE the accounting and realize the CEO is making a small fortune while very little reaches the people in need.

That’s exactly what DOGE is all about: following the money, exposing waste, fraud, and abuse, and demanding accountability for every tax dollar.

So, here’s our message:

  • Thank you, CFO Ingoglia, for standing up for fiscal truth.
  • Hint: You might want to take a closer look at our local community — it could use a nice dose of DOGE right about now.
